We have an old tutor style home and Karin and her team were diligent and used more tubes of cocking on our home and ensured that we were happy. Karin was great with balancing us with the weather early spring and when we found some bubbling and a few missed spots she and her team just returned late this summer to fix it. Karin is big on feedback and customer satisfaction. She had a great team and the supervisor didn't do much, but the guys were professional, kind and diligent. Thanks Karin.
