Glen has repaired appliances in my home for nearly 20 years. He is honest, reliable, friendly and trustworthy. He was even part of my kitchen renovation. I would highly recommend Glen and his company to any of my friends.

It's nice to finally have a repair service that I can have confidence in. Glen showed up on time and despite a dishwasher that did not want to show him the problem was able to fix it. (It's amazing that an appliance can act up for two weeks then function perfectly the day the repair person arrives.)

Glen was able to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher very quickly and confirmed what we were thinking: we needed to buy a new one. His recommendation was that for the cost of replacing the pump, we could buy a new dishwasher. Although it took some time to resolve the problem he only charged us the cost of coming out to the house. I would recommend him to friends and family.

My washing machine wasn't working well...or so I thought. It was overflowing and causing a big mess, and I thought I may have to replace the machine - gulp, lots of money. Luckily Glen checked it out (and quickly found time for me in his busy schedule). He let me know the machine runs great, and rather I have a plumbing problem instead. Glad I didn't throw away a perfectly good machine! Thanks, Glen.

My washing machine broke.Would not drain all the water it should of.
I looked online and found reviews of Action Appliance Service. I called Glen and once he came, within 10 minutes he said, "Not worth fixing." Yes it is not nice to pay for finding out that you have to buy a new washer. But Glen was professional and gave me an opion quickly. Next course was to get a new one.

Good guy, nice professional. I would recomend him to anyone needing a major appliance repair.

Our fridge needed attention and I was worried that I might not find anyone to fix it before it was too late for the food in there. I chose Glen because of his great reviews, and I chose well. He was here the same day I called, he fixed the fridge with a part he had in his truck (because he's well prepared) and he was lovely to deal with. I'll recommend him here and elsewhere - and he'll be my only call if any of my other appliances break down. Thanks Glen!

Our dryer was making a nasty racket; Glen came and solved the problem promptly. He was courteous, knowledgeable, personable, and speedy. He explained the problem, and showed me how it was solved. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and I would not hesitate to call again for appliance repair.

Glen came out to my place because the dryer was not working, turned out it was just a plugged dryer vent. He took the time to teach me how to maintain the vent properly in an effort to save me future service calls.

Our old second hand washer tried to leave us high and not so dry.
We called Glen at Action and he came to the rescue quickly.
He fixed the problem and gave us excellent information.
We recommend Action Appliance highly!!
