Decided to try to have the secondary fridge repaired instead of replacing it. Looked around this site and found Glen, he was prompt in his reply to the initial email as well as setting up a date for repair. I was unable to meet with him, but my wife was impressed with his professionalism and diligence in repairing our fridge. Very pleased with the service and advise offered, thanks Glen!!

Could not get my dishwasher to work. Called a few folks to come over to help me. The first repairman wanted 400 bucks, the second did not even show!
Glen called me back within 2 hours, booked an appointment for the next day. When he arrived he discovered all I had was a clogged house, repaired for a very reasonable rate.

Glen Campbell has been repairing my appliances for the past decade or so. He is courteous, prompt, and reliable. It has been my experience that each time my appliance has been repaired properly. In short, I cannot think of a repair man I would be more confident in recommending. He is the best I've ever seen.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Glen Campbell Of Action Appliance for the past ten years. Glen is a very charming individual. He came to fix my water dispenser, our fridge door got stuck closed many times he came in and fixed it in a jiffy.

My GE mini fridge at school started to make a lot of annoying sounds, I called up a technician to get it repaired. A lot of hissing noises and he said it came from the compressor. Did not take long at all, now I can sleep at night

My water dispensor on my fridge door stopped working. Glen came to my home and investigated. Could not help at the time, (Frozen door panel), but did some research and found out he could help. (Gave us a reasonable price) Ordered the parts, a special heater that had to be re-wired to the fridge door. returned back to our home, installed and all is good. Thanks For looking after us. If we have to we will know who to call.

I have used Action Appliance for repairs to our appliances for the past 5 years. Glen has provided outstanding service over these years. Recently, our lower element stopped working on our oven. I called Glen in the morning and he said he would be at our home later in the day. Glen arrive at 4:00 pm with part in hand. This is what I mean by "Outstanding Service." Glen has consistently provided this level of service to us and if the number of times his phone rings during the day is any indication, he is very well regarded by his existing customers. I have and will continue to recommend friends and family to Glen and Action Appliances.

I was extremely pleased to work with Glen Campbell of Action Appliance. I've always called the original manufacturer for service and repairs and been hesitant to try independent contractors. Glen is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, takes the time to explain the work needed, and charges an extremely fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
