Toronto Tub & Tiles Refinishing

The sink peeled, the tub peeled, and I paid $100 to have them repaired, but the workman said he didn't have the materials to repair the shower and didn\t know if they would honour the warranty. He took pictures and the company said they would fix a tiny bit of peeling on the ceiling, nothing else. Now they aren't answering phone calls or emails, the house is listed for sale and their 5 year warranty is a joke. Not to be trusted. Would not recommend these crooks. Will look into taking legal action.

We used Toronto Tub & Tiles Refinishing in July 2008 to refinish a tub. They were pricey, charging $603.74 ($125.00 to strip, $449.99 to reglaze only the inside + tax). It would have been less expensive to purchase a new clawfoot tub! When the tub started peeling 3 years later, they would not honour what was supposed to be a 5 year warranty.

did a pretty good gob, he was on time and a nice guy. I realy like the materials he used the finish looked great he told me it was the best paint you could get from Integrity coatings in Toronto.The tub looked great.

I hired Toronto Tub and Tile to refinish my kitchen counter as well as my table in a shiny black finish. They not only left a mess - sprayed all over my walls and went over the lines into my grout and back tiles, but left a big paint can ring in the finishing. What was worse is that days later the 'finish' scraped right off with a fingernail. It never set. I complained and complained until they re-did it and the same thing happened only worse- they left scratches. I sent photos and they admitted it didnt work but NEVER refunded me. On top of having to pay for a new counter my table was ruined.

I was refered to this company by a friend who has used them in 2007. The service I had completed with them was a tub/tile & countertop refinsh.I can honestly say I was very satisfied with the mens work & the job was well done with no mess or hassle. Would recommend this company for refinishing needs.

Ps: I forgot to mention my friend did have a warranty issue in which the company did give her the run around for an invoice number or the job could not be done, but then again business is business, you cant return or expect anything without a reciept. After she had located her reciept they were more than happy to repair the problem. Since then she has had nomore issues so I must say they are reliable for there guarantee!

This bathtub was done for a client who just wanted to change the colour of the tub from bone to white. The tub had been previously reglazed so there was an extra step involved. This tub now looks brand new. Both Mark and Princess were friendly and efficent. They showed up on time and did a beautiful job. I would use them again.

After spending approx $700 to have our tub reglazed, the glazing literally peeled off after only 6 months.
Totonto Tub & Tile claimed to have a 1 year warranty - Here's the rub with the Tub Bandits - once they get a whiff that you are calling for warranty work they simple won't return your calls.
Rub a dub dub, big crook with a tub...business.
