Guy was great....not only did he call to say he was running late ..which is rare these days..he showed up with the most amazing work table/trailer.
He was very interested in doing the best job he could for me, and while he was running late he finished the job, but resheduled in two weeks just to ensure the sliders where continuing to work properly.
After he left, I couldn't figure out what the issue is. The screen door closes perfectly and the sliders are not a problem at all. He even took the time to show me how to adjust the wheels with a screw driver myself. Being a single women, I appreciate all the help and advice I can get for small home repairs.
He is definitely worth the two week wait to see him. Being busy is the sign of a great repair/installation person.
