We decided to replace the windows on our Victorian home and had called 2 window companies for estimates. Before deciding I came to homestars.com to check for one more company before the final decision. We found Galaxy windows to be very highly rated so gave them a call. Dmitri was very prompt to get back to me and we were able to arrange an appointment right away. He was very knowledgeable, showed us sample windows and gave us guidance as to to the type and design that would be most suitable. Pricing was very competitive. From the order to the replacement, it was a faster time frame than promised and on the day of the installation the company was prompt, very efficient and fast. Dmitri came to ensure that the job was going smoothly and then tested the windows after installation to make sure they were all operational. From start to finish, everyone was extremely happy with the installation and Dmitri answered all of our questions with courtesy and patience, both at the time of taking the order to subsequent phone calls before installation.
