From the beginning, I felt very comfortable with Galaxy Windows. On the initial visit Dmitri came by to do an estimate and discuss the type of windows and doors we should install. He very patiently went through the types of windows and doors available and details with us, and recommended awning windows. One thing I appreciate is Dmitri's honesty and no-nonsense approach, which is hard to find in businesses these days. Furthermore, all throughout the process Dmitri answered all my questions and concerns promptly.
On the subsequent estimate, Alex took his time to measure everything for us. He also very efficient with booking an install time for us as soon as the windows were ready. On the day of the install, Mike and his partner came by early and started work. They were very efficient and finished all our windows and doors by early evening. We were pleased that the install team did a good job cleaning up their work area. Dmitri raved to us about his install team, and we can concur. All throughout the install process, Mike had a great attention to detail and it shows in the end product. We are very happy with our large awning windows.
