First service, Serviceman came on scheduled time on Friday to fix the screen on one of the window walls . Then on the following Monday , I called to have the screen on the other side of the window wall to repair as it just broke over the weekend. The service receptionist said the serviceman is in the neighbourhood the very next day. Repairs were completed quickly, very happy.
