Guildwood Roofing is an amazing company. We had a new roof put on, a new skylight and a whirly bird. They are incredibly fast, fair, honest and polite. They did our roof in one day! The roof itself looks marvellous and super sturdy. The cleanup was great. I was very impressed on how they had piles and piles of shingles and dust, but they cleaned it up well and only left a few items behind. I highly recommend this company.

Earlier this year Simon and his expert crew replaced the shingles on my roof (see previous review). At that time I asked Simon to replace my old, leaky eavestroughs but he gave me his honest opinion: “I can do that if you want me to but January is not the best month to use the sealant.” I thanked him for his honesty so we decided to do it in the Summer months.

Last week Simon and his crew came back to my house to provide me with another excellent service: an impeccable new set of eavestroughs with leaf protector for a very reasonable price, expertly installed in a few hours. Their service is exceptional.

Simon is a very honest, reliable man who takes great pride in his workmanship. He and his crew arrived exactly when he told us they would, and completed the job of stripping my existing roof, installing a new one and replacing our sky light 10.5 hours later, just when he said they would. When he left, the clean up was so well done you would never know he was ever there! It was a genuine pleasure dealing with Simon and I would definitely give him my highest recommendation.

This is the second time I’ve used Guildwood roofing. Two years ago Simon and his team replaced our roof did a great job from start to the clean up but most importantly they use quality shingles. I just moved to a house with a fairly new roof and within a few weeks we noticed a leak in the living room.
