If you are looking to get your roof replaced or repaired I highly recommend Guildwood Roofing. I am in the process of selling my late father's house and during the last heat wave the old shingles became badly damaged and the roof needed to be replaced.

I was referred to Simon at Guildwood Roofing my real estate agent who has his roof replaced by them and has referred other clients them in the past.

When contacted Simon was quick to get me the quote. The price quoted was reasonable and so I decided to go with them on the roof replacement. Simon was easy to deal with and gave me the various options on shingle choice and colours.

The work crew was well organized, fast and efficient. Simon checked up on the progress of the work throughout the day.

Simon and his work crew were always polite, respectful and well mannered.

The new roof looks great and has greatly improved the curb appeal of the house.

Simon and the Guildwood Roofing team did a great job replacing the roof on our semi-detached home recently. Simon completed a site visit and visual inspection of the existing roof within days of our initial phone conversation. He provided pictures and a quote in a timely fashion. The quote provided to replace the entire roof was very competitive (compared to other quotes received) and it was just as comprehensive in terms of scope. We had our roof completely redone including the flat portion which had multiple layers. The entire job was completed in one day and the site was left cleaner than before he showed up. We had Guildwood install a new roof about 4 years ago. They were referred to us from a neighbor who had their roof installed by Guildwood. Simon provided a very competitive quote against 3 other major roofing companies. Importantly, he identified all the same concerns with our roof, provided more realistic solutions, proposed higher quality materials, was super helpful throughout the process, could work with our schedule, and ultimately, I decided to use them.
