Thanks guys for the great job. At first when I was receiving quotes for waterproofing my basement I was nervous. DrySheild came to provide a provide an accurate in home estimate, less than the competition. Jonathan was timely and curtious. I found Dryshield when I was desperately looking for a contractor to address a moisture problem in the basement of my house. I called them, left a message and Jonathan returned my call promptly. We made an appointment and the treatment I received was professional and helpful. There was no talking down to me because I'm a female. Lots of contractors do this which is so insulting to women homeowners!! Other contractors had also scared me with different scenarios - each one of them more expensive than the other. When I received the task, I was unsatisfied with where a pipe was put. I called Jonathan and they addressed the issue immediately. Overall, it was great dealing with them. i was very pleased with the actual work done and the assessment before the job was done. jonathan was very thorough. but post completion of the job the bin was left for two days blocking my parking and my invoice was not transferred to me until i reminded jonathan twice. definitely the best price in the city. i had other quotes before deciding to go with dryshield.
