Great service, very pleasant young man, very professional,courteous and knowledgable. Paul was at our home for just under 3 hours and and never stopped for 1 second. I felt very confident he was doing a great job.

I bought a furnace from these guys last year and it furnace broke down on Thursday night. I called Ontario Energy Source first thing Friday morning and they sent someone a few hours later. Technician temporarily got it working but said a part was needed. The part arrived the next day on Sat and they came out and had it installed no problem.
I was a bit upset that I had to wait for a day for part to arrive but I guess it is what it is. Great professional service through. I recommend them to everyone.

I bought a navian NR210 tankless water heater from ontario energy source.
install was fast, price was verygood, nice people to deal ,very good experience
they explain everything very good and in easy way.money well spent.
I recommend their service to everyone.

This "company" is operated by the same people as "Mr. Tankless" as well as "'Ontario' Direct Energy" (which ripped-off the Direct Energy logo and type-font).

My Mr. Tankless door-knocker ad, said "Sponsored by "Ontario Energy Source" and showed a very amateur logo. This caused some raised eyebrows around my dinner table and we Googled the company. Any legitimate enviromental group would have a website or SOMETHING on-line. "Ontario Energy Source" had NOTHING except these two comments on Homestars, which totally look like they've been prepared by someone working for their company.

A regular customer doesn't refer to "lead times".

I wouldn't deal with this company ever. I've hears about a lot of legal issues with Mr. Tankless and would not want to involve myself here.

The advertisements that were printed in Toronto Sun newspaper as well as 24Hrs magazine and any door-knocker ads that may have had our logo and name on it have not been authorized or been ordered by our company (Ontario Energy Source). Mr. Tankless has knowingly and without our authorization has used our logo in their advertisement and we have no affiliation with that company. A lawsuit against Mr. Tankless is in action with regards to this issue and we will be pursuing this issue until this matter is resolved. I've searched around for a good price for a while with my wife and I found these guys from one of their ads in newspaper. They were very competitive with the prices and offered me a price that honestly couldn't find elsewhere. My wife was a bit concerned about their lead time for install but they installed our unit within the same week time frame. We bought the unit about 2 weeks ago and so far seems pretty good....
