Modern PURAIR is a highly recommended company for their professionalism, punctuality, and honesty. Booking an appointment was as easy as any phonecall. I was notified via email, and a phonecall as a courtesy reminder the day before the duct cleaning. The technician, Jeff, arrived on time, and even called about 15 minutes before arriving. As I was his first appointment of the day at 8AM, I was shown the HEPA filter in the humongous vacuum canister was clean, as was the outer filter bag which caught the larger particles. The technician was available and willing to explain to me what was happening at every step of the process, and after cleaning out the air ducts, they dusted out the furnace room, and wiped all the piping down with a wet cloth. At the end of the cleaning cycle, I was shown the large amount of fine dust caught by the HEPA filter and larger items (coins, fish crackers, plastic army men, etc) that were caught by the outer filter bag. The technician did not push for extra cleaning processes if they are not necessary, and was always available to answer questions, if any.
