Marlison Group

Frank / Marlison Group were hired to do some basic drywalling, floor tiling and some basic trim / millwork.

After many many months, the project remains incomplete.
The quality of the work is, well, if you wish to see pictures of this guy's work, I am happy to forward to you. (walls not 'square', drywall not measured properly - therefore many uneven gaps at the junction of the walls with the ceiling, door frames and window frames poorly mitered, etc ,etc....for such a small job it is odd to see so many issues.

I will post pictures for all to see the 'handywork'

*Caveat Emptor" - buyer beware.

I will write a follow up to advise how things resolve. I am hopeful that we will not have to resort to the court and waste the court's time, but we will take whatever steps are necessary.
