Roofing review in

It has been over 3 years since the roof has been installed. We have complained to them since last year to fix a downward roof by the chimey which they haven't been able to fix, reapeted calls, photos emailed to no avail. I would certainly never recommend this company of product to enyone ever. Worst ever investment, go somewhere else.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Fix the issue promplty. Change the way the roof is installed at the edges of the roof line, Increase the outside edge of the eavestrough to catch all the water, currently 50 % of the water simply jumps off.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Go look for another better company with better sense of customer service and fix issues before they cost home damages.

We do love you Ashish, it is not simple process fix to your problem I have discissed this with you on several occasions, I think we have one option to add throug around your Chimny. This is never done but we will give one more shot. Please remember your contractor owned me for material from last job on your home and he is not intending to pay. We will get this resolve to make you happy.
