I contacted James via text and within an hour I got an email for scheduling the move. He was able to fit me in the very next morning. It was good timing because my baby grand piano was on its side for a week (on a piano board) and I was getting worried. He came exactly on time and luckily I wasn't late. He set up the piano on its legs with his employee and they were done within 45 min total. Overall good experience.
