James and his team were on time, careful, and professional with the move of my Mothers piano. He was able to quickly determine the condition of the instrument and give some good recomendations to keep it in top condition. Great service at a fair price. Would I use their service again? Yes! I will be calling James for tuning once the instrument settles in.
