They showed up on time, took good care of the piano and the surrounding furniture/floors and they were lovely people. I am very pleased with the service James and his team provided, they were very professional and efficient. The house was protected by carpets and the piano was wrapped with blanket by the team, and the move was smooth and no damage to the house or the piano itself (I was nervous because there were tricky turns and lots of stairs at the pick up location). The quote was also accurate and no surprises, I will use their service again in the future, highly recommended!

James was able to accommodate a long distance move within 2 days of me first contacting him. His rates were reasonable and he and his crew very professional. I will definitely call James again if I need to move this piano, or any other one, again.

I contacted James via text and within an hour I got an email for scheduling the move. He was able to fit me in the very next morning. It was good timing because my baby grand piano was on its side for a week (on a piano board) and I was getting worried. He came exactly on time and luckily I wasn't late. He set up the piano on its legs with his employee and they were done within 45 min total. Overall good experience.

They arrived at the pick up location right on time which was a very good sign. I was very impressed with how careful they were with the piano and it is obvious that James knows what he is doing. Everything was gentle and the movers were very professional. You can book James with confidence I was very happy with him and will use him to tune my pianos in the future
