Team was able to get to me in a timely manner to repair a leaking roof. Although the job was small, they treated as if it was a massive project.

After consulting with several contractors, we hired THE ROOFERS to replace the roof on our home. One important factor in our decision was the GAF Master Elite Accreditation the company currently have. They did an excellent job from start to finish. The quote was clear and detailed, the staff were very courteous and professional, the work was completed as scheduled, the crew ensured our property was cleaned up once all work was done. The Roofers did our roof a few years ago so we called them when a small section needed repair. Sean was prompt and attentive to our request and true to his word when he said he would send out his guys to complete the repair. They arrived as promised, and were quick and courteous. Can not say enough good things about this company - recommend them 100%. Very unusual to find an honest, credible and reliable company, but The Roofers are truly exceptional in that regard.

Quote was presented promptly and clearly. Our new roof was installed efficiently. The workmen were friendly, polite and kept the site neat. Gutters and edges were installed as required and designed to prevent animals from entering the roof

They did an excellent job from start to finish. We were very impressed with the presentation given by Ash. They took great care not to damage our property while removing the shingles. They moved our garden furniture to a safer spot on our deck and put a tarp down. When the roof was finished they put the furniture back in place. They did a very thorough clean up. The staff were very courteous and professional. We highly recommend this company.

Our roof was about 17 years old and although it would have probably lasted a few more years my wife and I decided to have it replaced. When I contacted the roofers last year to obtain a quote, Ash came to the house and performed an aerial inspection of the roof using a drone. He explained the entire process of replacing the roof and answered any questions I had, there were a lot! Because the summer was almost over my wife and I decided to postpone replacing the roof to the following summer. In the meantime, Ash explained that THE ROOFERS would replace any shingles that were missing, seal and/or repair any exposed areas of the roof and perform general maintenance on the roof to ensure it would not leak prior to having it replaced the following year. In addition, THE ROOFERS would replace missing facia from the front of the house that was blown off in a wind storm a few years prior!

When it came time to having the roof replaced, I was contacted and informed when work would begin. Their team arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. Afterwards, they performed a thorough cleaned up of my property and those next to me before leaving. THE ROOFERS did a great job and my roof looks great! I can't say enough about this company and I'm sure they will be around for a very long time! Keep up the great work!

I spent a lot of time and energy to search for reputable roofing companies to do a roof replacement. Our roof wasn't even that old but shingles were flying everywhere every time there was a moderate wind storm, so it had to be done right this time. I collected about 8 quotes from different companies found on Home Stars and other sources, and they all came to inspect the roof. The quotes collected ranged from $4300-8500.

I was most impressed with Ash's professional demeanor, friendliness and knowledge. He answered my many many (many) questions and he even had a drone! He had sent a lovely presentation after the inspection, which provided comprehensive information about GAF shingles as well as his company. SUPER IMPRESSIVE! And for someone who loves information, I was happy I didn't have to keep asking for more information, like I did with the other companies. I also had a lot of confidence in The Roofers because they have a long history of being in business (so I'm not worried they'd flop on the warranty) and they have great reviews, both recent and spanning years back (some other companies had only recent or fake Google reviews so buyer beware!).

I was ready to commit to The Roofers but due to the economic slowdown caused by the pandemic, lay-offs started at my husband's work, and we decided to hold off. Ash was very understanding and supportive, and despite the fact that we walked away, Ash and his company generously sent us a gift card because we were expecting a child <3. LIKE THAT'S CRAZY, RIGHT? WHO DOES THAT?! That sincere and rare act of kindness solidified our decision to hire The Roofers once we were able to.

Fast forward a few months, after everything settled down, we were ready to commit and sent them the deposit. They were able to squeeze us into their crazy busy schedule within a week. The day before the scheduled work, the weather apps started to show that it might rain and even storm. I spoke with another guy named Sean who was assigned to do the work on our roof and he addressed my concerns very patiently about the weather and how it might interfere with the work and quality of the job. Essentially, the team works on one part of the roof at one time and won't strip all the shingles at once, so if there was rain, none of the wood layer or underlay would get wet. And he keeps an eye on the weather and apps and is very experienced in managing the work when bad weather is looming. So we decided to go forward, despite my hesitation, and lo and behold, it was good weather the whole day and the rain never came! So I'm so glad Sean knew what he was doing and convinced me to go for it!

When it came to payment, The Roofers were patient with me as I was moving money from different accounts, which took a few days. When I was ready to pay, Sean was very flexible with my schedule and came back to pick it up. These guys are also certified with GAF so they completed all the warranty paperwork and invoice within a few days.

SUMMARY: I'm not easily impressed but The Roofers were so easy to deal with, our roof looks great, our property was left clean, and I'm very confident our roof and the GAF shingles will outlast even us. These guys are not the most expensive but are definitely the best! 1000% would recommend them!

They began by taking drone footage of the entire roof, which we were able to view and were very thorough in explaining the entire process for the project.
All our questions were answered in detail and the work initiated within the proposed time frame.
The crew arrived on time and proceeded to work efficiently throughout the day. The on site foreman ensured things ran smoothly without interruption and the clean up was complete.

The experience I've had with 'The Roofers' was excellent! A detailed walk through of everything you need to know is explained. The meeting is done in person then via google meets. All details are in writing and requirements are clear. Communication with the company via email was also very good. I would always get a reply within 24 hours - 48 hours. Due to bad weather I was always updated on the start date of the work so I was never left in the dark. The delivery of the supplies were also sent a day before so everything was prepared for the crew to work on early morning. Everyone was professional and knew what they were doing. My neighbors were impressed with the work and requested estimates. The price was also competitive knowing they are backed by GAF's System Warranty. Check out their Instagram and see for yourself.
