The experience I've had with 'The Roofers' was excellent! A detailed walk through of everything you need to know is explained. The meeting is done in person then via google meets. All details are in writing and requirements are clear. Communication with the company via email was also very good. I would always get a reply within 24 hours - 48 hours. Due to bad weather I was always updated on the start date of the work so I was never left in the dark. The delivery of the supplies were also sent a day before so everything was prepared for the crew to work on early morning. Everyone was professional and knew what they were doing. My neighbors were impressed with the work and requested estimates. The price was also competitive knowing they are backed by GAF's System Warranty. Check out their Instagram and see for yourself. I had my new shingles in my entire roof done by The Roofers about 2 weeks ago. They did an amazing job, very professional and fast.

The Roofers did a great job on our complicated new roof installation. The front roof is a steep mansard roof in cedar and the remainder of the roof has normal asphalt shingles.

I got a few different quotes and chose The Roofers because of the excellent reviews and the fact I felt most comfortable and confident with The Roofers as a roofing company. Sean visited my site and was able to answer my many questions in a very detailed and precise manner.

Sean sent me a very detailed quote for a very top quality roof package. I ended up going with a Premium Grade Treated Cedar Shakes on the front roof. On the remainder of the roof, I went with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles.

The Roofers quote was not the lowest and not the highest of the quotes I received. I went with The Roofers as I felt the most comfortable with the company and felt they would do the best job on my new roof. I think the saying that "you get what you pay for" is very accurate when it comes to roofing!

I went for the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty, which is the highest warranty available. I felt confident in The Roofers as they are GAF Master Elite Roofing Company and only 3% of roofing contractors can qualify for this high end designation.

The new roofing installation went very smoothly. The Roofers removed the old roof with incredible speed. Then they did a very high end installation of a new GAF asphalt roof, including underlayment, ice and watershield, drip edge, starter shingles, hip and ridge shingles, and new metal vents. They also installed two new skylights for my roof to replace two existing skylights.

The asphalt roof was completed in less than 2 days. The specialist cedar installers started afterwards, and they worked straight for just under two weeks to complete the cedar installation in an expert fashion.

The Roofers did a very good job cleaning up the job site every day. After the roofing job was completed, there was hardly a single nail to be found on site.

I have received many compliments from people on my new roof which looks amazing.

Sean was a pleasure to work with and was very quick to respond to me whether by phone, email or texting.

We are so pleased with our decision to work with The Roofers for the installation of our new roof. Ash was very pleasant to deal with and is very knowledgeable with his craft. He took a drone image of our existing roofing, explained the process and the coverage, and has provided a detailed quote and information on the product they are installing. He was detail oriented and is always ready to answer my calls for any questions/clarifications I have. Sean was very accommodating in booking our appointment as we wanted to complete the job sooner. He sent a whole team and they finished the job in 1 day. Their team was very organized and covered the areas that needed to be protected. Right after the job, they clean up and leave the surrounding areas clean and tidy. Ash followed through, and has provided the before and after pictures and videos and we couldn’t be happier. The Roofers completed our roof in late May 2021. In the past, we have dealt with many contractors for a variety of reasons and understand how, at times, they can be unreliable. The initial consultation was very professional and the presentation was clear and well-laid out. When roofing, the workers ensured our property was kept as clean as possible at all times. The end product looked incredible. We allowed 5 roofing companies to provide us a quote. The Roofers came in third from a price perspective. But they knocked it out of the park when it came to all phases of the project: Consultation, Installation and after-sales service. I received five other quotes from other companies, a few estimates were in the same range as the roofers. Other estimates were much cheaper however these “companies “ upon my research seemed to not have much of a history as The Roofers. From the beginning Ash arrived and provided me with a drone video of the condition of my roof, we then met over zoom to analyze this video together and all other steps and elements involved including pricing. Service date was scheduled as per weather and when the team arrived I was truly impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. Ash showed up to ensure everything was on track and the clean up was perfect. My roof is now spectacular and I can surely tell the difference in quality compared to other cheaper options in my area. Highly recommend The Roofers to anyone serious about roof replacement or repairs.

Sean and Ash are managing the work very professionally and are with you from the estimating down to cleaning up the site.
They are an enormously proficient company and are very crystal clear about the technique and materials they use on your Project. They are certified and fully insured, so there’s no risk imposed to you or your project.
Also, their services were completed in 2 days, cleaned up completely, and the most important friendly. The cost was slightly higher comparing to the other contractors, but only a bit and worth it for our roof that I hope will last me over 20 years.

I can't say enough, the trust was immediately present. Constant feedback and open lines of communication made me feel extremely comfortable and now more knowledgeable about my roof. Hands down the easiest decision I made.
