Recently moved into our home and noticed the shower faucet water hard to get hot water. Called a well known Plumbing company off the internet. I was assured a Licenced Plumber was coming. When the teck arrived he had no licence. He looked at the valve and seemed not to be familiar with the Brand. He then went to his truck and called his office. When he returned he told me that the faucet and company was no longer in business. His soloution was to remove the valve at a cost of $1250.00. When I said I wasn't going to go ahead with the job the teck was rude and demanded $165.00 call out fee.
I then called A Mckenna Plumbing, spoke to Mark Mckenna He asked me to take a picture with my Blackberry and Email to him.
Within 2 days he had one sent to my home and one of his Plumbers Adam came over to replace. All at a cost $295.00 inc parts and labour.
