Sam was very professional and helpful on the phone when Convertible was first contacted. Christopher visited the work site and advised on the options and was also very helpful and patient in listening to what was required and in detailing the options. This professionalism was completed with the installers, Toby and his colleague, who did a great job in coordinating all aspects of the final installation. We look forward to continuing our dealings with Convertible with the yearly servicing/maintenance.
