Convertible Heating And Air Conditioning

I moved into my home two years ago and have done nothing with my furnace or ac unit. All I knew was that the furnace was pushing 18 years old and the ac was pushing 30 years old. Yesterday I called Marnie at Convertible Heating & A/C to inquire about a "check up". Marnie let me know my options and we decided on their Cleaning, Safety Inspection & Tuneup Package. Marnie said she would have a technician call me to set up an appointment. Within an hour Ken called and luckily this afternoon worked for both of us!!

Today Ken arrived and completed all of the work within the timeframe he had given. Ken was very friendly and knowledgable. He knew a lot about both of my machines and was able to educate me more about them. I am now confident that my furnace is clean and safe to continue to operate despite its age.

Thank you to Marnie and Ken for a smooth and friendly experience. I will definitely be reaching out to Convertible Heating & A/C when the time comes for replacement.
