Story is simple. Emailed Sandy for a quote and he quickly replied. The price was good so we booked and after a phone convo with a few more details, we had an appointment the following weekend. Great communication with the technician with arrival time which is a plus since we've been dealing with a number of poor management with other vendors. Installation was painless and technicians courteous.
