I called convertible after my neighbour had used them and spoke highly of them. I spoke with the owner Sam who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what unit would be best for me. They arrange everything including the hydro permit and the process was very easy. He was able to give me a very competitive price for the unit and sent me the quote by email to confirm before i committed.
The following week the two installers attended at exactly the time they were suppose to. They installed the unit very nicely and answered any questions I had about the install.
I was very pleased with the service and would recommend to anybody. A fair price and honest professional company.
