Due to our furnace breaking down and scrambling to find a business who can provide us with quick heat, calling multiple businesses for quotes - Marnie made our decision to go with Convertible Heat/Air easy! She was thorough and made us feel extremely confident in purchasing both the furnace and air conditioner from her! The technicians were superb! Clean installation and extremely friendly!
