Our furnace kicked out on a fairly frigid weekend - and we have a one year old. We called Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning and they were incredible. We didn't even have to mention that we had a baby or were in a rush or anything...they simply said that they could help us out right away. Chris was here the same day and our furnace was installed the next day. Chris even lent us space heaters to ensure the key areas (baby's room) was nice and warm until the new furnace was installed.
All in all, the service was fantastic. The cost and installation was reasonable and Chris helped us get some money back through a grant program.
Without hesitation, I would recommend Chris and Convertible Heating!
