Convertible Heating And Air Conditioning

I contacted Convertible Air for A/C Replacement and the team was very professional from start to finish. (Amana 2-Ton 16-SEER outdoor unit).

- The initial on-site visit was very thorough, and did not leave any surprises to the technician.
- The quotation was done without any push for up-sell or extras, with cost-effectiveness in mind.
- The installation was scheduled just a few days from the quote which was fast considering the job was done in the May.
- The technician performing the installation seemed to be very capable of doing his job and cleaned up after the job was done. We have a VERY tight finished wall around the furnace and he was able to do the work around the tight space without having to punch any access holes from the adjoining room.
- Initial test appeared very pretty good right after installation.
- The weather hasn't been crazy hot, I guess time will tell of the performance of the unit installed. Will probably provide an update in the summer when the unit is working under full-load.

Overall experience with Convertible Air has been fantastic so far. Would recommend for A/C Replacement jobs.
