Outstanding service form the onset. Had to replace a 30 yr old Furnace, an older AC and water heater rental. A very experienced sales rep came in to provide me an estimate and I recognized the expertise and professionalism immediately compared to 4 other competitors I met with.
Price was very fair, no pressure and recommendation was at my best interest. He always took the time to answer all my questions very promptly and once I decided the installation was quickly scheduled in a matter of weeks.
Installers were pros too-Kudos to the 2 that came in with all thier years of experience and professionally installed all the HVAC equipment within an 8hr window. Everything was left clean. Had some minor issue after and in a matter of days they came back and took care off it. No matter how many times I called or asked them questions, all the guys at convertible showed remarkable patience and provided professional and knowledgeable answers.
Very happy with their work and would highly recommend them. Looking forward to a continued relationship with this company!
