Work order number: 487994. Scheduled a warranty service through Samsung for my combi microwave oven, Elite called me the second day and scheduled a visit in just a couple of days. The technician was professional and on time. And I was impressed that they brought the parts with them so it can be replaced in the single visit. Would definitely come back in the future for my appliance service needs.
