Work order number :495394, Dominic came out and assessed the cause of the washing machine not working and ordered the parts which arrived within 2 - 3 days. He came back today to repair the the machine and was professional and knowledgeable. He provided additional tips that were not in the instructional manual. We appreciated very much that he called beforehand that he was on his way. Very satisfied with Elite Appliance Service and highly recommend.
