Appliance repair (work order number :310289)
We called re our Viking fridge. It had defrost issues. Elite texted us an approx time the technician would be there, and because I was at work, but live very close to my work, he called me giving me a 10 min window, I was able to run home, have him do his thing, and return to work, not losing any time or money.
While the technician was there we asked him to order new seals for the fridge because ours were ripped and were not functioning properly in our opinion. Even though there was a wait for the seals, as they were a special order, the process was the same with regards to arrival time of technician, etc.
The work was completed efficiently and we could not have asked for a more professional, polite technician. We would not hesitate to call them again. ( work order number :310289)
