Appliance Repair review in

Work order #319945. I found the call center people not very helpful and very complicated to book an appointment. I found the technician very nice and mostly helpful; he was the best part of Elite. Unfortunately the problem was not fixed bc it was difficult to find the root cause. And what became difficult was trying to rebook. I have no idea on the fee for service as I did not pay for this service; But I cannot uncheck the option.

HI Sylvia, I am sorry to hear the trouble surrounding your service call. Unfortunately we had to wait on the manufacturer to provide an authorization to service the appliance, which delayed a 2nd service call. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we appreciate it.
