Its recall from samsung for my washer Technician was very good explaning in detail that what is wrong with washer,very humble and honest i recommend for sure i am satisfied

8 month old dishwasher not draining properly leaving water at bottom of basin at end of cycle . They should up just a few days after calling and in early part of time window ( which is always a treat) . Diagnosed and fixed issue in a decent time with great professionalism . I was super pleased

ticket 4144752070: Technician was well manner and fixed the isuse quickly. It was an half hour wait on the phone before I could talk to the operator to set up the service appointment, though.

My 1 month old Samsung dishwasher started making a funny noise and I called elite appliance to come and take a look. It was covered under warranty which is great! The person came on time, quietly and quickly fixed the problem, and cleaned up after himself. My baby was home and sleeping and he was very careful not to make to much noise. Would highly recommend!

Elite appliance has been a great go to company to get appliance repaired. My most recent experience with work order 4144678737 was a fantastic one. The Samsung washer was having an issue after 30 days of purchase quite strange to me as this machine is still new. Nevertheless, you can count on this company and its knowledgable technicians to get the job done. Highly recommend.
