The Elite Appliance Team starting at the customer service dept to the onsite technician (Conan) were amazing. They helped remedy some issues with our new Samsung fridge that was under warranty. The technician was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Very Profesional thank you Conan and Elite Appliance.

Dishwasher and refrigerator repair

Appliance Repair review in Toronto

Elite was referred to me by GE Canada for repair of my newly purchased dishwasher and fridge under warranty. The staff coordinating the appointment were courteous and polite. The technicians were pleasant and didn't leave a mess. The dishwasher took a few visits to fix, which was frustrating but not elite's fault. Comunication was excellent except the company didn't followup with me as GE said they would.

samsung french door fridge ref 233389

Appliance Repair review in Mississauga

Had a problem with my fridge leaking and the part was not right so rey my tech fixed the leak and part

Also when he was doing that job he noticed that the was no gasket on the left side door it was delivered that way from bestbuy

So rey ordered the part and installed it now the fridge is working so far thankyou rey and samsung

The jobs where done under warranty
