Elite Appliance Service – Toronto

My dishwasher control panel stopped working. The tech from Home Stars knew what to look for and repaired the panel. This is the 2nd time I've used Elite and would call them again if needed.

My new Samsung refrigerator started to leak from the ice maker. Samsung referred the warranty repair to Elite Service. After taking a day off work to wait for the technician, he came and said that he wouldn't even look at the refrigerator because the ice maker hadn't been defrosted. But nobody informed us when we arranged the call that we had to defrost the ice maker ahead of time. We called to reschedule a visit, and were disconnected twice without anybody calling us back. I called back a third time at 4:50 PM to get a message that the office was closed, even though the office didn't close until 5:00 PM. I called the next morning and was told that they couldn't schedule another technician after work for another 5 days. They said they would call on Monday to confirm the appointment, but by Tuesday, nobody called back to confirm anything. Terrible service on what was a top-of-the-line purchase.

My work order#4136834378. It is a Sam sung washer 2014 model, but it's brand new I bought it from the brick. I have very bad experience with this product. It gave me a hard time for a month to have all my dirty clothes piled up. One month! Only Elite Appliance tech save our headache. Andy ran back and forth to replace the part, and the machine blew up each time. Nowhere out of what I know receive the part in two working days, and come back to me try to fix it. I give Andy from Elite Appliance 10/10. I don't have to pay. It's under volunteer from Samsung Canada.

It was those hot days, the dryer was not working, called Élite service, they arranged within 48 hours, Had my dryer fixed by Andy, a polite and knowledgable young general man, work order# 233307, excellent job, thanks Elite Service.

My frigidaire gas stove was not working phoned elite they came , very courteous and polite it was fixed promptly ! Very neat and tidy and gave me lots of info on appliances. I will definitely use them again! All in all a great experience !

Work order 232724. The water dispenser on my fridge wasn't working. The technician was really friendly and helpful considering I had a baby at home. He fixed the problem quickly and made sure he was careful of our hardwood floors when placing our fridge back. Very satisfied customer.

Condensation water leaked into the crisper cabins in my fridge as drainage hole froze up by itself . The technician fixed the problem in a flash. So far I don't see the problem again. Happy with the work so far. Work order number 232500

Recently I had the pleasure of having Elite Appliance do warranty work for me (work order 232627) on my new Samsung refrigerator. While not a functional repair (we love the frig), it was to replace the scratched doors. The technician was on time, courteous and had the job done quickly. I would highly recommend Elite for any repairs you need

I have had ELITE Appliance Parts and Service in my home on 2 separate occasions.
The first time, back in April of this year I had CHRIS, and the second time, on July 9th I had LARRY. My most recent order number was 231831.
On both occasions, the Technician dispatched to my home was EXCELLENT.
Each time I was notified with an ETA, and then a second notification when my Technician was just 10 minutes away.
Chris & Larry were professional, courteous and extremely efficient.
They removed their shoes at the door, got straight to work, brought the anticipated replacement parts with them (to avoid a second service call) and were finished in a timely fashion.
Both repairs were done properly and I have had no issues since Elite visited my home.
I highly recommend Elite Appliance Parts and Service.

Had my washer repaired by +Elite Appliance Service​ the other day. The washer kept repeating it's cycle and when there technician came, he instantly knew what was wrong and didn't question about it and just ordered the parts for me and got it within the week and repaired it without any problems.
