The people who called me to set up an appointment were polite and professional and apologized for my having to wait a couple of days. This wasn't a problem. They called the day before to tell me the window and the service man arrived within it.
He was efficient and helpful. He explained what had happened, how he would make the repair and proceeded to do so. He then cleaned up, put everything back in place and said good-bye. What more could anyone want? Work Order number 182735

This company is very unprofessional and extremely expensive. It is frustrating because it is one of the companies LG recommends for repairs.
So far they have come twice to 'fix' my stove. It was supposed to be simple - one element wasn't working. That was fixed at the first appointment, however the "hot stove" light remained on constantly. For the second appointment, I waited over five hours for the technician to show up. By the time the technician left at 7:30pm Friday evening - my entire stove wasn't working and the technician muttered something about needing "another part".
So far, the cost to replace one element was a whopping $450.00 and I am going on three days without a stove. It seems like there are some suspicious business practices going on.
LG should rethink their relationship with this pathetic company. I certainly won't be buying LG appliances when it comes time to replace ours.

Great service I would definately recommend them. They showed up on time and did the job right and left. They have great customer service and reasonable price and also clean the area after their work.

Telephone exchange was easy and efficient. Technician (Ben) arrived on time. Ben is quick and knowledgeable. He gave me some great tips to prolong the life of my appliances. Thanks, Elite!
