Overcharged for incompetent work
Good Afternoon,
As I can see, your range was successfully repaired on June 2nd, 2023 and the first recorded point of contact after that was Aug. 13th, 2023 stating the same symptoms have returned. We do understand that many opt to use other means of cooking, especially in the summer months; however, our terms and conditions state clearly that our warranty for service is 30 calendar days from the date service was completed.
As for our pricing, all of our customer are issued a quotation for the full cost of parts and service which the customer must agree to and sign off on prior to carrying out the repair. Thermador is a very high end brand and requires a high level, gas licensed technician to perform the repair to manufacturers specifications.
We certainly apologize for any delays you may have experienced with regards to returning your email. We will address this internally and make corrections where needed. We will be happy to return to re-diagnose and repair your range for you.
