Lusso Design (Entry Doors & Door Inserts)

We are so happy with our new inserts!! Andrew demonstrated passion and enthusiasm in helping us create the perfect design for our front door. He is a true professional - on time, within budget but most of all, did a great job in the installation and cleanup. He provided constant follow up and went out of his way to get us some non standard parts for our front door.

I contacted Andrew and 2 other companies. Andrew responded very quickly and came to the house the same day. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. In the end, he saved us money and did a fantastic job! I'd recommend him to anyone.

After a friend of mine told me about a sign he saw in Newmarket, I contacted Andrew to inquire about a door replacement. Andrew was quick to respond to my voicemail, and set up an appointment for later that week. He was knowledgable in what I would need to replace my door and framework, and even had samples of diffent glass inserts and photos of previous work he had done.

At the time of the appointment, I had not yet shopped around and did not realize the savings I would have by using Lusso Glass. I suggest everyone shop around to Home Depot, Lowes, or any other door/glass shop in your neighbourhood, before calling Andrew.

On the day of the install (which was only 3 weeks from the time of the deposit), Andrew and his crew took extra care to ensure the door was installed correctly, and to my satisfaction. They took out my old door and frame, installed the new unit, and cleaned up all the debris from the job.

I love my new door, and would highly recommend Andrew and Lusso Glass for any door replacement. He is quick to deliver, professional, and nearly half the cost of the competition.

I also contacted Lusso Glass after seeing a sign posted in the neighbourhood and upon first contact with Andrew immediately felt comfortable and confident in his product and workmanship and I was not disappointed. He was very thorough and professional, and I am very happy with the end result. He was reliable, punctual, true to his word on every detail from cost, deliver, scheduling the work, and delivered a great job.

We contacted Andrew through one of his signs posted on our street. He was very personable and detailed in his estimate to us. We researched other companies via the Internet for comparison, but the 2 we did contact did not respond to us. Then after hearing of the issues that our neighbours encountered dealing with a competitor company...we decided to try Andrew as his appeared professional and his price was very competitive.

We were not disappointed. Andrew delivered the inserts as scheduled. He was very thorough in his installation and the final product looked fantastic. Our side-lites are wider than normal, and he was very accommodating in listening to our needs and getting us what we wanted. My wife and I are 100% satisfied with the Andrew and the end result. Our front doorway looks fantastic.

Besides doing the job I retained him for, which was exceptional, he also assembled a Fire Pit and fixed a door handle for me, free of charge. Very reliable and honest guy. Would hire him again in a second.

Andrey at Lusso Glass has exceptional work ethics and is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He went out of his way to ensure we were entirely happy with the outcome. We were able to choose our own custom designs including wrought iron patterns, glass panels and even the color of the trims. His wrought iron products are made locally here in Canada, therefore he was able to control and deliver the quality he promised. We are extremely happy with how our front doors turn out and receive numerous compliments on the craftmanship. We highly recommend him!
