Trail Appliances

When our dishwasher went down, Trail appliances was there! Trail appliances replaced our dishwasher right away. Great service! No hassle! Quick and good price! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new appliance.

Our sales representative was extremely tardy and didn't even have the right information prepared for our meeting (we had a appliance package from Albi Homes). In addition, she was arguing that we had the incorrect specs prepared for our meeting. Later on she would only point to our appliances without explaining what the advantages/disadvantages of each product. Finally we had to do all the research ourselves to find out whether there were comparable or superior to our standard package.

Our old dishwasher died, and we needed a new one.
We had been shopping around and reading consumer reports to find a new energy efficient dishwasher. We finally decided to stop by Trail because we knew they had the best selection but we really didn't know anything about dishwashers.
When we arrived, we were approached by an extremely friendly helpful and non-pressure sales person. She listened to our wants and gave us an overview of all the dishwashers they had in store. She let us define our needs and requirements without trying to oversell and push us into a bigger or more expensive dishwasher. She even left us to think our all the information she provided to digest and discuss.

The overall experience was excellent - and we did buy our dishwasher from Trail. In the near future, we will be changing our the other appliances in our house, and we will be going to Trail to get them.
