We had a wonderful experience when Max serviced our old furnace in an emergency a few years ago. He arrived the same day we called him and diagnosed and fixed the problem. We were thrilled! Last week, our furnace died and without hesitation, we called Max and arranged the purchase and installation of a Carrier Infinity furnace. Max is honest, knowledgeable, and his prices are competitive and fair. We were so pleased when the installation was done the same day we called. Now that is customer service… Especially one week before Christmas! Meisam and Max were timely and professional. They covered our hardwood floors and were extremely careful in their work.
