Repair furnace that had stopped working

I woke up to discover my furnace was not working and would not start up. I called Max and he came two hours later, exactly when promised.
He talked me through what he was doing as he inspected the furnace and quickly determined the problem. It was possible that a replacement part would be needed, but eventually the problem was fixed without any being required. All in all, I was very pleased that the problem was fixed quickly and honestly.
