My call was answered promptly and a service man arrived within a one hour window that very afternoon. It turned out that the motor had died on my thirteen year old furnace. As that part would cost over $1000 I decided it was time to replace my old furnace. I was quoted a reasonable price, with a $700 rebate, to replace it with a new similar Carrier high efficiency furnace. I was pleasantly surprised to hear it could be installed the very next day. As promised the servicemen promptly arrived the very next morning and had my new furnace installed by 5 pm! I couldnt be more pleased with this companys promptness, efficiency, reliability and pricing.
