Max really came through for us. It was an extremely cold week and our furnace started dying, becoming apparent in the evening. We called Max and he showed up at 10:30pm, got it going, and then came back early the next morning, free of charge, when the first solution didn't take. He eventually figured out that there was a blockage of the air intake and cleared it. it's been a couple of days now and furnace is still going great. We are very grateful.
