When our 15+ year old furnace started pumping out cold air instead of warm (on a -20 with windchill day), we found "Aire Max" on Homestars.com
Max was very responsive and took the time to explain our options.
Unlike a typical salesperson, Max actually recommended an economical single stage furnace, outlining the pros and cons of it versus the commonly recommended dual stage furnace.
From a value perspective, it was the perfect fit for our home and budget.
He installed it the next day (in what seemed like record time to me), and I'm happy to say that we are now experiencing balmy indoor weather :)
