Aire Maxe was extremely responsive and reliable. They arrived within the hour on a Sunday morning to look at our old furnace, whose motor had stopped running. We decided to go ahead and swap in a high-efficiency furnace, as our furnace was almost 20 years old anyhow. The job was done by end of next day, and this was not an easy job - our furnace room is small and cramped, and the new furnace barely fit. I will use Air Maxe for any future furnace work.

Max was the first to respond to my info/service requests on Home Stars.

He resolved my air balancing issue and installed a new humidifier.

Our bedroom on the second floor was colder than other rooms in our home. After his visit, we noticed air flow was improved and the room was feeling warmer.
We look forward to turning on the ac this summer and having a cool room to sleep in.

Recently I bought an old house that had issue with the hot water,I call "Aire Max" that this company fixed couple of month ago my office.Max came on time and he quickly found out that it is better to change hot water tank ,because fixing old one it wasn't worth it.he installed tankless hot water that whenever tab is opened is work and in this way I could save money.Now I have hot water and I am not worry any more about it.Thanks Max

We live in a ten year old, 3 storey townhouse and have a 3 month old baby who is currently sleeping with us in the master bedroom on the top floor. As the weather got colder, we raised the temp but could not get the master warmer than 20c. At the same time the 2nd floor was sweltering. We called Max and he responded on the same day, arrived on time, thoroughly and plainly explained the issues and made the necessary adjustments to all vents and dampers. Our house is now much more balanced and comfortable. I will have him install a humidifier unit on the furnace next. Thanks Max.

I was looking for filter for my new furnace that was installed 1 year ago & I have to change the filter .I looked for that every where like home depot or Canadian tire but I couldn't find that .I called air max and asked for that filter .He delivery that less than 24 hours in my house & right now I have better air flow in my house

Max was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a good price on the tank installation and got it done fast. He also took away our old rental tank and returned it for us. The fan on the new tank is much quieter than the old one, and it is expected to be more efficient. If you rent your hot water heater, I recommend you have aire max replace it with a purchased one. It will pay for itself!

my furnace was almost 40 years old and aire max came and changed that for me in one day. The company installed a high efficiency good man furnace. they were very processional and clean.

We woke up at 8am on a Sunday morning to a broken furnace - we called Max and he was here within the hour! We found Max to be very knowledgeable and honest in his opinion and we felt he suggested the best and most cost effective solution for our situation. Max arranged for us to have an energy audit and the installation of a new furnace the very next morning. After an almost 8 hour installation time (we have a REALLY small furnace room) the furnace stopped working at about 7pm that night (due to a manufacturers option.) We called Max and without hesitation he drove all the way across town that night to check on it - and stayed for an hour afterwards to make sure everything was in working order. We haven't had any problems since! We couldn't be happier with the prompt and caring service we got from Aire Max and would definitely recommend him to others.

first the hot water tank was inspected and the verdict was to replace the unit. The new unit was chosen according to the our requirements and installed afterwards, installation process went smooth with the least amount of mess. technician was knowlegable, friendly. Job was done in a timely manner and the unit is working fine.
as for the price, it was fare.

This morning, I found out that my furnace stopped working. I call a few companies but AIRE MAX is the one that answered the call and will come within a few hours. Once Max arrived, a quick assessment is done to determine the cause of the failure. Max was polite and respectful and able to replace the failure ignitor within a couple hours. I have to say I am one happy customer. Thanks Max.
