We have had our previous garage door for over 30 years and maintained it as best we could. We finally decided that it was time to get a new one. Found Pioneer, called and received fast and courtious service. The door was installed a short time afterwards and is stunning! Thank you Pioneer! You will have all of my business moving forward!

I had all of the windows replaced in my home in Mid-December and am extremely pleased with the service provided by Pioneer Windows and doors. From the moment a sales representative arrived at my home to provide me with an estimation to the moment the installer cleaned up and left, my experience was nothing short of wonderful. I am extremely happy with my windows an garage door. The sales person was very informative. The installer's were very professional, exelent finish work trimed very nice. They were clean layer drop cloths through out my whole house an cleaned there mess inside an out after they were done. The garage door was exelent to, trimmed out nice. I would highly recommend pioneer to everyone. I had 7 quotes these guys are the very best bang for your buck.Well priced exelent quality,greagreat product.

Service was done on July 2013. Door looks nice and I've not noticed any issues with it yet, except that:

Lots of stressful moments during installation. After the installation was completed the installer said my lock wasn't standard size and he could not install it because the hole was too small for it. Well, myself and my wife were very clear to Jeff, the day he attended our house to sign the contract, that we would be keeping our 3 months old, $250.00, Schlage Electronic lock. It is actually written on the contract. The installer came a few days later to double check the door size and I also advised him that we would be keeping the new lock.

Fast forward to the installation day: After the door was replaced the installer says: "I cannot install this lock because it is too big for the hole in the door". After a few phone calls Jeff came over and partially agreed with the installer that the lock wasn't standard and it would be much easier if it had been fitted at the factory. Oh well, I'm not a door installer, so I don't think it was my job to tell them they were supposed to confirm the size of the lock. But, wow...apparently it was my fault!!!

To add insult to injury they didn't have the tools to change the size of the hole. Luckily I had the exactly "non standard" size saw, which they borrowed to complete the job. My lock was damaged during the installation - the handle bolt was bent and kept getting stuck. It got stuck so badly on the day after the installation that we were almost locked outside our home, if wasn't for my mother in law who stayed behind and opened the patio door from inside to allow us in, since the front door would not open. I then removed the handle and got it replaced by Home Depot. Yep, this "non standard electronic lock" was purchased at the Home Depot! A few months later I'm still trying to understand how the bolt got so badly bent since no force was necessary to insert it in place.

We had no issues with the extra locks we've purchased from them. However the problem with the "non standard" lock was enough for us to look elsewhere when time comes to replace our windows and patio door.

After paying top dollar for this door I expected nothing more than to have it installed properly and on the same day. If the hole was not standard, as claimed, we should have been advised right away. In the worst case scenario I expected the installer would have told me that was case when he removed my new lock from my old door and before starting the replacement process. NOT after the new door was in place without a lock. I also feel that the installation was completed on the same day after the installer borrowed my tools to complete the job.

As for the the lock delivery it begs for further explanation: We purchased ten extra locks from Pionner, which were supposed to be delivered on the same day as the door installation. However on the installation day two locks were missing and one was the wrong type, thus the reason Jeff delivered them to us a few days later.

Our home is 23 years old, It had 22 wood casement plus 4 octagonal windows and a steel front door with sidelights and elliptical transom in need of replacement.
My wife and I researched what products were out there and decided on vinyl casement windows and fiberglass entry door unit. I put a bid spec together and captured all of the key components that we decided were important to us. We narrowed the field to three companies that we felt could meet our requirements. It was important to us to have a manufacturer / installer to ensure the best warranty.
Daniel was the Pioneer Windows and Doors sales representative and he came to our house in order to gather additional information to put together their bid. After meeting with Daniel and reviewing their product samples my wife and I both knew we wanted to work with Pioneer. The door offering in particular was superior to anything we had seen. Daniel worked with us on price and we began what was to be a model project.
We viewed the door factory and became even more enthused about the Pioneer door product. They custom designed a wrought iron elliptical transom to go with sidelights we were able to select from a catalogue.
Leon the foreman for our job came to our home and performed detailed measurements on each window as well as made a template for the elliptical transom. With details in place we scheduled an installation week.
We received a confirmation call the day before Pioneer were to arrive on site informing us when to expect them within a 2 hour window. Leon and crew arrived right on schedule and began immediately. Care was taken to remove the casing from each window unit to be removed and drop sheets were used to collect splinters. Within 3 days all 26 windows and the new door unit were installed, sealed to the house with expandable foam, expertly caulked, the casing was installed & nails wood filled, construction dirt was vacuumed up and old windows and doors units were removed from site.
As we have gone back and painted the extension and casing on each window, installed new window treatments in many cases - and put the rooms back in order – we have to say that we are delighted with the quality of the product and installation of Pioneer Windows and doors and we would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.

The whole process was painless, and they PW&D team was very professional. The sales staff were knowledgeable, and the installers were professional as well. I replaced 3 basement windows, and the whole install process took less than 30 minutes. The windows were quality products and the installation was top notch as well.

Very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this company.
