Met with Ross for the first time over a year ago to obtain a quote for a laundry list of around-the-house fixes. Timing didn't work out but thought of him a few months ago when water-damaged ceiling needed to be fixed. Ross was quick to respond to my call for rescue and had the ceiling repaired over three proper visits (in order to allow the material to fully dry before moving onto the next step) instead of rushing through the job. Very professional and worked with great integrity. In fact, we recently contacted him for another repair and upon taking a look in person he suggested that we work with an expert in masonry instead. We appreciate his integrity in not taking something on when he may not be the most suitable for the job. Highly recommended!
