This was my first year in using this company. I have an extremely large hedge in my backyard and it was thinning. I was worried about loosing my privacy and it was communicated to me that they would be able to ensure this would not happen with a series of bug applications, fertilizers and even tying it up to make it healthier and help with the bald spots. I was hesitant to spend such an exuberant amount on a hedge, but was willing to do so because of the commitment that was promised me. My hedge has never looked worse. I lost close to half of the hedge, they wouldn't tie it up and provided me with no solutions, just excuses.
I am a firm believer that not everything can go as planned, but it is how we fix those situations that separates us from the rest. Anyone can make promises and take clients money, but if they are a company of integrity and want repeat customers, they will make every effort to make it right. That was not the case here. I will not be using them again.
