A happy experience from the initial phone call to Millwall to the completion of the job. Darrell's quote was very competitive, thorough and explained in detail. He always showed up when he said he would ( a huge factor for us). Others in the business could learn from him. Our main reason to contact Millwall was for a leaky chimney repair. We had also been contemplating a roof, skylight, & rubbers for hidden gutters replacement so asked for a quote on that as well. Darrell was honest in saying that we could likely get a couple of more years out of our existing roof but we decided to go ahead on it with no pressure from him. The crew was here bright and early each day and ready to work.., and work they did, The job was completed in 2 days of non stop work. They couldn't have been better. All were very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. Everything looks great. Darrell added a nice finishing touch in painting the furnace stack to match the shingles and trim which may not sound like much but makes a huge difference in appearance. Thank you Darrell and crew! Thank you Dan Patti. I enjoy re-roofing in Coquitlam with family nearby. It is a no-brainer to choose the Malarkey NorthWest laminate shingle with the very modest increase over the Higlander. Yes, we are far more than roofers. We specialize in chimney repairs, skylight installation and epdm gutter installation. We don't use the cheap thin rubber most roofers use. The 60mm is far better quality. The Natural Wood colour with the raised profile ridge caps has great curb appeal. Thank you for your trust in all the people at Millwall Roofing.
